We went to see spiderman 3 and i met her American friend, Melissa so you can imagine, i had a very french week-end!
I was sorry to find out the results of the presidential elections left Sarkozy with the prize, so was she. I can't believe I may well be facing a year in a country more capitalist than my own.
Apart from this tragic turn of events, I had a good week-end and I hope I wasn't too much of a hinderance to Alexia.
I am nearly half way through now, the end of week four has swung into no. five. I should be helping out in art classes this week but not before yet another bank holiday of boredom, nevermind i'm sure my Harry Potter revision and presentation preparations shall be plenty to keep me busy after I 'faire des cours' (food shopping) and washing etc, I know it's all too fun to mention. Ohhhhhhh I shall be taking part in a SLAM session on Wednesday at the 'hotel de Ville', I don't think i am fully aware of what i have got myself in for.
A big thank you to Katie for all your support, it's great to have someone who knows exactly what it's like, and well done in the "race for life" I am sure Mum would be very proud of you, just as we are, YOU DID SO WELL!
